If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a return or refund. The product must be returned in the condition it was received, in the original packaging. The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or not as described.

Warranty and Complaints


We offer a 30-day guarantee on all products, except for coffee machines and coffee grinders. Specific warranty conditions apply to coffee machines and coffee grinders, which may vary depending on the model. Please refer to the product-specific warranty information provided with your device.
