1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through the website Dreams&Coffee GmbH, operated by Dreams&Coffee GmbH, with registered office in Furrengasse 7, 6004 Lucerne (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website and purchasing our products, the user ("Customer") agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Online Shop

Our online store is developed on the Shopify platform. All products available for purchase are described on their respective pages on the website. We reserve the right to change product information without prior notice.

3. Purchase process

To complete a purchase, the customer must complete the checkout process and complete payment using the accepted methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.). The order confirmation will be sent via email once payment is complete.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in CHF and include VAT, where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made at the time of ordering.

5. Shipping and delivery

Deliveries are only made within Switzerland. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be calculated at checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that the products are returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. Warranty and Complaints

We offer a 30-day warranty on all products. In case of defects or nonconformities, the customer can contact us for a replacement or repair of the product.

8. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased on our website.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
