To optimally extract the caramel sweetness of this espresso and prevent the chocolate notes from becoming bitter, I recommend precise extraction with a portafilter machine:

• Temperature: 92–93 °C (Not too hot, to control the bitterness).

• Ratio: 1:2 (e.g., 18–20g coffee to 36–40g espresso in the cup).

• Time: The goal is 26–30 seconds for a syrupy texture.
