This is a 100% Arabica blend that combines the chocolatey depth of a Honduran coffee (NKG Bloom initiative) with the spicy complexity of Indian beans from the Manarcadu Social Service Society. Sensory profile

This blend opens with a warm, dominant note of roasted nuts, forming the foundation of its body. This base is enhanced by an exotic spiciness – typical of high-quality Indian Arabicas. The finish brings a subtle hint of stone fruit, adding a gentle freshness that lightens the full body and creates a long, harmonious mouthfeel. Perfectly balanced for a long sip.

This blend is specially roasted for café crème extraction. To avoid over-extraction (bitterness), as a larger volume of water is passed through the puck:

• Grind setting: Choose a slightly coarser setting than for espresso.

• Ratio: 1:2.5 or 1:3 (approx. 18g coffee to 50g–60g beverage in the cup, depending on desired strength).

• Temperature: 93°C to optimally dissolve the aromatic oils.

Returns and refunds
