While Rwanda is traditionally known for washed coffees, this "Natural Anaerobic" coffee sets new standards. Through controlled fermentation in the absence of oxygen, the bean develops an exceptional texture and a sweetness that fully exploits the potential of the high altitude of up to 2,110 meters.

This coffee is characterized by a vibrant, almost juicy structure. The cup profile is immediately dominated by the sweetness of ripe tropical fruits and berries. Due to anaerobic fermentation, this coffee has a high solubility. To avoid masking the delicate citrus notes with bitterness, I recommend precise parameters:

• Method: V60 or Origami Dripper

• Water temperature: 92°C (slightly cooler to preserve the fruit)

• Ratio: 1:16 (e.g. 15g coffee to 240ml water)

• Blooming: Allow the coffee 40 seconds to degas.

Returns and refunds
