The Gambo Coffee Sealed Canister from MHW-3Bomber allows for easy monitoring of the storage environment. A relative humidity range of 40%-60% is ideal for storing coffee beans.

Main features:

• One-way exhaust valve: Allows gases to escape from the container without re-entering. After roasting, coffee beans continuously release carbon dioxide. During extraction, carbon dioxide can impair the coffee grounds' ability to absorb water effectively, leading to incomplete flavor development. The Gambo Canister's built-in one-way exhaust valve automatically releases carbon dioxide from the container using the pressure difference between the inside and outside, preventing external gases from entering. This preserves the freshness and aroma of the beans.
• stainless steel measuring spoon: With a magnetic design for easy storage. Each serving holds approximately 8 g of coffee beans.
• Date display: The date recording discs can be set according to personal preference to note the filling or roasting date and keep an eye on the freshness of the coffee beans at all times.
• Environmentally friendly design: Effectively reduces environmental impact. The ABS housing is wear-resistant, shock-resistant, and extremely robust. The SUS304 stainless steel inner container is corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, and easy to clean.
• Metal Bulletin Board: The container is equipped with a metal bulletin board and comes with five exclusive labels that are used to record information about the coffee beans contained in the container.
