Reliable even during peak operations
In a busy operation, consistency is key: the same quality from the first batch as from the last, even under high volume. The Sanremo D8 was developed precisely for this requirement – as a modular platform that adapts to any operation and delivers the same precision in every configuration.
Their principle: no unnecessary complexity, maximum operational reliability. The barista has direct control over the relevant parameters – without wasting time, without compromising on quality.
Hybrid circuit and PID control
The heart of the D8 is the Hybrid hydraulic circuit with Sanremo hybrid ring brewing group and a boiler made of AISI 316L Stainless steel. The integrated electronic PID control keeps boiler and group temperature constant at the set level.
The boiler pressure is adjustable in three stages (1.0, 1.2, or 1.5 bar); the brewing temperature of all groups is uniformly adjustable within the range of 90–98°C. The included dual manometer provides information about the boiler and brewing pressure at a glance.
Display control and energy efficiency
The group-specific Reference counter display It informs the barista in real time about the brewing time; up to 7 coffee quantities can be pre-programmed. electronic pre-infusion evenly coats the coffee puck before the brewing pressure begins – for a balanced extraction even with varying roasts.
The automatic ECO mode reduces energy consumption during quiet operating phases; the integrated USB port allows firmware updates and parameter export without service intervention.
Modular for every business
The D8 is available as a two-group or three-group machine – in each version also as Tall version with an output height of 144 mm.
Optionally expandable with cold-touch steam wand, electronic cup warmer, the Steam System – an automatic milk frother developed in collaboration with latte art professionals – as well as Sanremo Link for grinder synchronization and IoT module for remote access and real-time performance evaluation.
