Control that knows no compromises
Those who expect more control will get more control. The Sanremo D8 PRO was developed for baristas who want to precisely control every phase of extraction – in a setting where precision is not the goal, but the fundamental requirement.
The result is a machine that can be individually adapted to each cup – in groups, not just for the entire system.
LCD display and group-specific control
The 1.5-inch color LCD display The direct control center for each group is: The brewing temperature (90–98°C) is controlled group-specific Configured – each group receives its own profile, tailored to the roast and daily requirements.
The included dual manometer provides information about boiler and brewing pressure at all times; the Weekly program With up to 10 on/off time windows, it automatically controls the operating rhythm – the D8 PRO is ready for use in the morning before the first barista arrives.
PRO pre-infusion and energy concept
The PRO pre-infusion It allows precise adjustment of the delay time directly on the display – the coffee puck is moistened with the individually adjusted pressure before the full brewing pressure is applied. Up to 7 coffee quantities can be pre-programmed.
The fully thermally insulated AISI 316L Stainless steel boilers and automatic ECO mode reduce energy consumption even at high operating volumes; the integrated USB port enables firmware updates and recipe export without service calls.
Standard equipment and extensions
The D8 PRO comes standard with a cold-touch steam wand, adjustable hot water temperature, and LED work surface lighting – at no extra cost and without any configuration effort. Available as a two-group or three-group machine – in every version also as Tall version with an output height of 144 mm.
Optionally expandable with Steam System, Sanremo Link for grinder synchronization, IoT module for remote access and individual body panels with leather inlay.
