Thermal independence at the highest level
Not every company is satisfied with a compromise – some demand that each group operates thermally autonomously at all times, regardless of how many connections are running simultaneously.
The Sanremo F18 MB is built precisely for this purpose: its multi-boiler system equips each brewing group with its own dedicated stainless steel coffee boiler. Thermal independence between the groups is therefore not electronically compensated, but structurally guaranteed.
The central steam boiler – 8.6 liters with two groups 10 liters For three groups – provides steam wand and hot water connection.
In parallel, each coffee boiler (0.5 liters per group) operates completely autonomously: its own heating circuit, its own temperature control, and no influence on the neighboring group. Even under simultaneous full load from several baristas, each group remains stable.
Real-time stability and TEMPCONTROL
The heart of the F18 MB is the Real-time stability brewing unit – an exclusive Sanremo design for precise maintenance of the set reference temperature.
The electronic TEMPCONTROL controller The coffee temperature is kept constant to ± 0.2 °C; measurement and correction occur in real time, not at intervals. Each group's coffee boiler is fed by preheated mixed water from the heat exchanger and maintained precisely at the target temperature via a dedicated heating coil.
The electronic pre-infusion works according to the Flowactive systemLead time and profile can be individually programmed for each selection button – with a time precision of 0.1 seconds and up to four independent profiles per group.
Each roast, each grind, each time of day can be assigned its own extraction profile; the groups work completely independently of each other.
Touch display, cold touch and operating guidance
The Multifunctional touchscreen The F18 MB makes all relevant operating parameters accessible at a glance: coffee temperatures, pump pressure, steam boiler pressure, hot water level, maintenance indicators and alarm status can be read and set directly, without button sequences.
The Cold-touch steam wand made of AISI 316L Stainless steel is fitted as standard – it remains cool to the touch even after intensive use and enables safe, fast work at high throughput. The F18 MB can optionally be equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity equip.
The ECO mode automatically reduces energy consumption during operating breaks; the integrated timer program with day-off function controls on and off times precisely on each day.
Group Flushing keeps each brewing group clean between brews; Easy Service ensures quick access to internal components for maintenance and care.
Configuration and application area
The F18 MB is available as a two-group and three-group machine – in each version optionally as Tall version for businesses with increased output format.
With a net weight of 87.5 kg (two groups) or 120.5 kg (three groups), the F18 MB is designed for permanent installation: hotel restaurants, airport lounges, premium cafes with multiple baristas at the pass, catering establishments with high simultaneous throughput.
Where no group can wait for another and temperature stability is non-negotiable, the F18 MB is the right tool.
