Arkel - "Tide" Espresso Machine

The Arkel Tide is a dual-boiler espresso machine for those who want complete control over their cup without sacrificing aesthetics. Almost entirely manufactured in the Arkel factory in Porto, Portugal. The housing, boiler, and internal components are made of stainless steel. The front panel and cup tray are made of tempered glass and ceramic. 

Two boilers — two tasks

A dedicated coffee boiler and a separate steam boiler. The coffee boiler is ready in less than 8 minutes; the steam boiler takes a little longer—but delivers uncompromising steam performance at a professional level. Ideal for cappuccino lovers and anyone who wants to froth milk like a barista.

Pressure profiling — Your espresso, your profile

The gear pump allows for direct external regulation of the brewing pressure. It is set to 9 bar by default and is continuously adjustable up to 15 bar. This allows you to develop individual pressure profiles for each bean and roast level — espresso just the way you like it.

Precise temperature — always constant

Two temperature sensors and a PID controller ensure a consistent, reproducible brewing temperature – every single time. Adjustments are made with a simple tap directly on the glass front panel.

Built to last

Housing, boiler, filters and internal components made of stainless steel. The majority of the components are manufactured directly at the Arkel factory in Portugal. Easy maintenance, readily available spare parts — a machine built to last for decades.

Cleaning made easy

The tempered glass front panel can be cleaned in seconds. The automatic cleaning program and the descaling program for both boilers make regular maintenance quick and easy.

Hot water for Americano and tea

With the TIDE, the hot water is drawn directly from the coffee boiler—not from the steam boiler—thus delivering the ideal temperature for an Americano or tea. The dispensing volume is individually programmable.

Full control at a glance

All functions are controllable via the touch-sensitive glass front panel. Features include two programmable coffee quantities, programmable hot water dosage, an integrated shot timer with display, and a dual manometer for extraction pressure and steam pressure.

Returns and refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a return or refund. The product must be returned in the condition it was received, in its original packaging.
